Our space is a serene environment designed to let you detox from the outside world. We respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum and turn off or silence your cell phones.
Reservations
Advanced reservations are required. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
We at Infinity Float NYC take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. When you cancel without giving enough notice, you prevent another client from being seen. Please give us 48 hours’ notice to notify us of any changes or cancellations. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments. If 48-hour notification is not given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled service for the missed appointment. Read more about our Cancellation and Refund Policies here.
Special Conditions
If you have any allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, other medical conditions, or are pregnant, we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for a flotation session. Please consult our COVID-19 Safety Precautions as well.
Late Policy
Unfortunately, if you are late, we can only offer you the time remaining in your float or reschedule your session with a 100% charge for the missed appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Floating While Pregnant
Flotation therapy has many benefits for those that are pregnant, but we do suggest you consult your doctor prior to scheduling an appointment.
